Teri Stewart, RN and Rob Neville, OTR, have over 15 years of ownership experience in the home health field serving the Dallas/Fort Worth community. Their team of licensed professionals offers a range of skills that make it possible to deliver high-quality, comprehensive healthcare in the comfort and safety of your own home. Home Health Specialists prevents unnecessary hospital readmissions by education of the patient and family members regarding the patient’s diagnosis, optimal management of the patient’s care, and medication reconciliation weekly through our Pharmacy (Pharmacy Specialists). Our goal is to keep our patients in their homes and focus on patient-centered care.

 

Home Health Specialists is ACHC accredited. Accreditation is a process of review that allows healthcare organizations to demonstrate their ability to meet regulatory requirements and standards established by a recognized accreditation organization such as ACHC.  Accreditation reflects an agency’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that demonstrate a higher level of performance and patient care.
